Currently, returns are generally accepted only for:
- damaged products,
- wrong items,
- manufacturing defects,
- or genuine product-related issues.
We currently do not support open returns for personal preference or change-of-mind requests.
Orders can usually be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
Once dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible due to logistics processing.
