1. Order Processing Time
  • Orders are generally processed within 48 business hours after successful order confirmation and payment verification.

  • Orders are processed only on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

  • During high-demand periods, festive seasons, or promotional sales, processing timelines may be slightly extended.

2. Delivery Timeline
  • Standard delivery timelines are typically 4–5 business days across most serviceable locations in India.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

    • Customer location

    • Courier service availability

    • Remote or non-serviceable areas

    • Weather or operational disruptions

While we strive for timely deliveries, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond direct control.

3. Shipping Charges
  • We offer Free Shipping on selected eligible orders.

  • Free shipping eligibility may vary depending on:

    • Product category

    • Delivery location

    • Ongoing offers or campaigns

Customers can check shipping eligibility after adding products to the cart.

  • A minimum order value of ₹499 may apply for free shipping offers.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for certain remote locations or special delivery zones.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed clearly during checkout before payment confirmation.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across most serviceable pincodes in India.

  • Chronwix reserves the right to limit or disable COD on certain orders based on operational, security, or verification factors.

  • To ensure smooth delivery operations, some COD orders may require confirmation through SMS, call, WhatsApp, or OTP verification.

Orders found suspicious, incomplete, or unverifiable may be cancelled for security reasons.

5. Shipping Partners

We work with trusted logistics and courier partners including:

  • Delhivery

  • Xpressbees

  • Shiprocket

  • Other verified logistics providers

This helps us ensure broader serviceability and reliable delivery support across India.

6. Order Tracking
  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via:

    • SMS

    • Email

    • Shipping confirmation notifications

Customers can use the tracking information to monitor real-time delivery updates.

7. Delayed Deliveries

If your order has not been delivered within 5 business days from dispatch (excluding remote-area delays), we recommend contacting our support team for assistance.

Our team will coordinate with courier partners to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. Lost Shipment Policy

In rare situations where an order is confirmed lost in transit by the courier partner:

  • Customers will be eligible for a replacement order or suitable resolution

  • Replacement orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days after confirmation from the logistics provider

Chronwix will work closely with logistics partners to investigate and resolve such cases promptly.

9. Damaged or Tampered Packages

We take utmost care in securely packaging all Chronwix orders to ensure safe transit and a premium unboxing experience.

If you receive:

  • a damaged package,

  • tampered packaging,

  • or an incorrect item,

please follow these steps:

  • Do not discard the packaging materials

  • Capture clear photos/videos of the package and product

  • Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery

For smoother resolution and verification, customers are strongly encouraged to record an unboxing video while opening the package.

This helps us process replacement or support requests faster and fairly.

10. Delivery Attempts & Undelivered Orders
  • Courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts before marking an order as undelivered or Return-to-Origin (RTO).

  • Customers are requested to stay reachable on their registered mobile number to avoid delivery issues.

  • If a prepaid order is returned due to repeated failed delivery attempts, incorrect address, or customer unavailability, our support team may contact the customer for re-dispatch assistance.

Chronwix reserves the right to decline repeated non-serious or fraudulent orders to maintain smooth operations.

11. Service Availability

Currently, Chronwix ships only within India.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

12. Fraud Prevention & Order Verification

To maintain a secure shopping environment, Chronwix may review or cancel orders that appear suspicious, high-risk, bulk, or unverifiable.

This helps protect both customers and our platform from fraudulent activities and payment risks.

13. Packaging Standards

Every Chronwix order is packed with care using secure packaging materials to help ensure:

  • Product safety during transit

  • Damage protection

  • A clean and premium delivery experience

Some products may be fulfilled through trusted partner suppliers and verified logistics networks to ensure wider availability and faster serviceability.
